Our Production Facility

Our facility has met the world standards by the investments made over the years.

The production is being done in two facilities in Gebze Dilovası Industrial Park: one with 21.000 meter square open area and another with 12.000 meter square closed area. Besides the traditional machines, there are also computerised modern production lines meeting the world standards in our facility.

Our machines, equipment and staff enable us to produce  kitchen and bathroom cabinets, coat hangers, steel or wooden doors, seperators, wall coverings, tables and stands, windows and stairs and any kind of wooden furnitures in masses. Besides mass production, we produce quality products in haute couture projects.

Lacquering Facilities

In recent years some important developments have been accomplished in lacquering facilities. In a short period of time, positive pressured spray booth, 2 sets of UV roller coater lines, automatic paint spray machine together with the vertical dryer oven investments have been executed.

Gorhan has been the leader company in the sector to succeed in the UV application for finishing applications. Now in Gorhan facilitiy standardized perfect surface qualities are obtained in both natural varnish and colored lacquer finishes.

Furniture Production

The percentage of human factor in production  has been decreased  in the recent years. For this purpose, a 50 metres length, fully automated panel processing line investment has been accomplished. The line consists of double sided squaring and edgebanding machine, CNC controlled multiple boring and dowel inserting machines, automatic panel loading and unloading machines.

The number of CNC machines have been increased. The machinery park has been expanded by adding  profile wrapping and sanding machines and hydraulic presses.
